Do you have a page that you LOVE?

Okay, here is a twist on Penny's question. Do you have a page that you LOVE? The one you turn to first. Mine is the one of my daughter as a teeny-weeny baby. Three days old, and so tiny. Where does the time go?

I have a two page spread of my kids and their buddies playing on a slip and slide and you can tell by their faces just how much fun their are having. I love it. I have a favorite photo also of both my children that I have not done yet. The one that my son is in he is about 2 years old and he is in a hole dug for a garage support and he looks like a little ground hog half in half out like he is checking for his shadow. CUTE, the one of my daughter is her pretending to be a movie star when she was about 10 in a silky robe she had just gotten for chirstmas. Penny

I love the two-page layout of my daughter sleeping places other than her crib. High chair, laying over the arm of the recliner, in the bathroom, in her car seat, on my shoulder taken from behind me, etc. There are 9 different pictures. I used a light blue background paper, and pink and yellow mats, frames, star die cuts and punches. The coordinating stickers also included sheep that I have jumping a fence, and I printed out the title on the computer using a bit darker blue (but still a soft blue) lettering on white background paper. The title is "Catching Some Zzzzzzzzzzzz's." The "C" is a moon with a nightcap on and the z's go across both pages. I cut the title out with decorative scissors. It really turned out well. It's my husband's favorite page, too!

Thank you, Paul! I should have gotten it, I think! I love the hosta in the Spring that look like their margins are chartreuse or mint green with the centers darker or blue-green and I bet this will look like what I like even more as the season progresses! I'll look for it when I can use the bonus bucks earned with the purchases I made with 20% off! I sure hope they have a nice one left!!!! Bi-level sinks - Do you have one? Do you love it?

I have a Blanco Silgranit sink with a ledge on one side. It's very handy for rinsing and draining things, and it's unobtrusive so it doesn't get in the way of cleaning big things. Mine isn't wide enough to support big pots while filling them though. It came with a drainer basket that sits on the ledge. I'm very happy with mine and glad I chose it. Marie, you can go to www.whitepages.com and do a variety of searches, including a reverse phone look up (by clicking on "Phone") for free. The phone number information in my experience includes only landlines, not mobile numbers. The information on this website is from a variety of public sources, some accurate, some not, It's not unusual for the scam or boiler room-type callers to have phony or un-useful caller IDs that display false numbers. Sometimes they change the number shown so that callers see an incoming call that appears to originate from their own home area code. IE, so it appears to be a local call.

I've had my Kohler Clairette for at least 10 years (kept it when I renovated my kitchen because I liked it so well) and I've never had a problem with functionality or finish. The spray stays on until I switch it to stream (and vice versa) with a little toggle button. It would bug me to have to hold a button to keep the spray on, or if it reset when I turn off the water. I don't have a problem with it not going back in place. However, if you pull down the sprayer/head and just leave it, it will dangle; it doesn't retract on its own. But the magnet is strong enough to hold it in place once the head is back near the starting point. (My BF leaves it dangling sometimes just to annoy me.) <<(after I wrote that I realized that sounds kinda dirty, but I'm talking about the faucet!) FWIW I got mine from Kohler. I've read that the big box stores might sell the same brands but lesser quality - not sure how that works but just saying. ETA: do you have a Pirch, Kohlers showroom, or similar store near you that has faucets hooked up to water sources? That might help make a decision. My mom bought a Grohe years ago that she replaced after just a couple months because the sprayer didn't stay on without holding the button. Had she been able to test it she would have known and never purchased it. It was a $500+ faucet that the store wouldn't let her return.

I love the page in my daughter's album called "lazy days". It is of her in Hawaii eating sand with a white flower behind her ear and the surf in the background. I made "sand dunes" out of speckled paper and the "lazy days" page topper matches the flower behind her ear and her cute blue shorts and top.
