Okay here is a cheaper suggestion: Go buy a 3 ring binder with a plastic clear cover where you can insert paper into the spline, front and back. Then you can find SB paper ( you'll have to use 12 x 12 paper cut to size for the covers as 8.5 x 11 paper is too small) to match her favorite color, subject, etc... I have done this with SEVERAL cookbooks, and on the spline, I have used alphabet stickers to spell their name, (ie - David's cookbook) on a matching piece of paper decorated with stickers, and then decorated the front and back cover just like a scrapbook page. It looks best if the same color paper is used as a background for all three sides. I have made several of these for cookbooks and albums and love them more each time I make one. Yours could perhaps say "Sisters are Forever Best Friends" on the front or back. The "D" ring style works best and if you have a large amount of pages get at least a 3 inch one. This will not work though if you scrap in a 12 x 12 size format. You will pay approx. $6.00 for the album which is a great saving compared to many overpriced albums, leaving you more dollars for scraping. Love Penny

hi i havent posted on here in forever but you really should get your photos in acid free scrapbooks and there will be loads of space to journal about your photos also should be be done with acid free ink. Talk to your excavator, they should be the only trailer besides backfill, and they can unload at the street or if you already have the drive installed, they can back in. Only thing helpful at the pad location would be a turnaround, that just depends on your soil type if you're not dumping gravel for that. If you have a basement or sloping site needing graded, the bucket or blade will be tracks so the pad condition isn't important. If just a slab on grade it'll probably be a backhoe so soft spots filled and stumps ground around the pad perimeter. Concrete and delivery trucks after that are probably all tandem axles so they're used to 3-point turns. For a well rig can't run a construction entrance to where that will probably be.

I never understand why decks are not the whole width of the house but I need to see what you are doing with the windows and please no round window on that house. I need a lot more info and some clue as to your style . BTW pretty big to be called a cottage what is the blocked off space on the left ? IMO hot tubs are best when they can be accessed from the master bedroom and I need better pics all the windows should match I see dark trim on some not on otheres really not sure what the plan is. I have no problem with the railing and think it will look fine with thegray siding . Are those all sliding doors on the top floor to the deck?
