NEW - Another Punchie Swap

Hi All!

Things are more or less back to normal now. Winter vacation is over & the kids are back in school. Before the winter blahs set in let's have another punchie swap!

For this swap, you can send as many bags of punchies as you want. Each bag should have 25 punchies of one type. You may send up to 4 duplicate bags of the same punchies. AF/LF paper only! Include a wish list & I will try my best to fulfill your wish. You will receive as many bags back as you send in.

There will be a special prize for the first person to get their envie to me. And another prize for the most unusual punchies.

Place your bags in an envelope with a sheet of cardboard to keep the punchies from getting bent. Include a SASE with postage STAMPS equal to the postage it took to mail your envelope to me. Do not send metered postage. I cannot be responsible for insuffiecent postage. Mark your envie & SASE "DO NOT BEND". Label both envelopes "Another Punchie Swap" in the lower left corner. Please put your screen name on the envie, too.

Must be postmarked by Monday, January 29, 2001. I will have them swapped out and back in the mail by February 5, 2001.

This is my first time checking out your site. I am also a new scrapbooker. What kind of punchies are you talking about? Is it what you punch out with those little (or big) metal punches? Or is it something you put together using the metal punches? Or what? The swap sounds fun, but I don't quite understand what it is we are swapping.

I will try and get some punchies to you soon. Thank you also for the lovely page you sent me for Megan's album! It will make a great addition to her album, and I may steal the layout format for a page of my own, I REALLY thought it was cute.
Marge, a punchie swap is the paper punchies that come out when you punch the paper, with a punch. For example if you have a snowflake punch and you punch out a bunch of white snowflakes, then the white snowflakes is what you are trading. Penny

Hey there Moonphase- I wanted to let you know that you are not alone in not receiving seeds from Willy yet- I too am patiently waiting for their arrival in my mail box. I sent in a bunch of seeds and asked for far less back- and I hope he reads this here post cuz I really do not want as many back as I sent in!! It is a HUGE swap and a HUGE amount of time is spent sorting seeds! I hosted a much smaller swap- and it took about 50 man hours of sorting to get through it all! I know how much work it is- and am hoping Willi is taking some time to enjoying himself- even with working so hard to get through them all! I am choosing to look at this way- as with most things in life- the best things are worth waiting for! Hope it helps to know- you are not waiting all alone.... Julie

I'm interested in your plant swap, too, if it's not on the 7th, 8th or 21st of June. I have lots of plants to bring and I'm not too interested in taking too many home, so I'm willing to trade two or even three for one, or none, if you have none.
