Thanks! I found out where to look up publications on the snapper website and from what I can tell just looking at the ads pictures the mower is a 1990 or 91 series 7 or something close to that. The guy who is selling it says the mower is only 5 years old???? Not sure how that can be when snapper hasn't made a 12hp 33 inch hi-vac for years! Any suggestions??

I would like to replace the non-working lights in our 24x40 L shaped inground vinyl liner pool. The lights that were in the pool at the time of construction were some of the original Sun-lites. Interested in replacing with some of the new LED lights but just not sure what to buy. The niches which seem pretty big, may not have been the niches that came with the sun-lites as they seem kind of large and as I recall, the sun-lites came out about the time our pool was under construction and the pool builder used a large stainless plate to adapt them. Sure could use some guidance to determine if any of the LEDs would fit the niches...haven't been able to find any info on the requirements for them. Thanks much! Don

Based on your brief description, I would guess that your photo eyes down near the floor are not properly aligned. Does the door refuse to close when you push the wall switch? Or, do you have to hold the wall switch until the door closes? If you have to hold it, then the photo eyes are definetly out of whack. Re align the two photo eyes so that they are looking directly at each other, not tilted down towards the floor or any other direction. It's imperative that they be looking at each other. We know your lock switch isn't activated because you say the remotes will open the door, so the photo eyes have to be the problem.

I know two households with similar layouts who have grand pianos. In both cases, they have eliminated a formal dining area and replaced it with a grand piano. I remember when we were teenagers and my best friend's dad finally got the grand piano he'd always dreamed of -- so they sold their dining room table. I would put the piano where the dining table is currently shown, which gets it away from the main windows and sun damage (probably with the pianist seated under the window facing out to the room at an angle), arrange sofas etc near the bay window (you could get a TV on that 90" wall if you wanted) and get a nice table for the kitchen. If you got one with leaves that extended you could stretch it out into the area behind the stools when you had more guests. Serving and clean-up will be much easier with the kitchen right there, and you can plan decor to make it feel a little more formal -- just because it's beside the kitchen doesn't mean it has to be super casual! You could install a hanging light fixture over the table and choose paint and art in that area that reflects a more formal feeling. If music teaching, any kind of performance, parental supervision of piano practice or ensemble practices ever happen in your home, having adequate comfortable living room furniture in the same space as the piano makes much more sense than having it beside a dining table used only on formal occasions. And I'm super curious, what is in the small room between the kitchen and the stairs?
