how long do you water 2x a week, also do you have a sprinkler system. they look very vigorous which means they are getting probably too much of something also, some kinds have to be older to bloom better just remember, where they bloom the best, in the Key's, they get NOTHING. you might want to try this: buy bloom fertilizer, mix as per direction and spray the leaves, but don't do it in the middle of the day. i did that with my bleeding heart and it helped to produce blooms.

Will you be staining or painting your doors and trim? If they are to be stained, that should probably be the next item on your list of things to do. Do you have hardwood flooring, or will you be installing them? If so, then you would probably want the hardwood floors finished along with the doors and trim. Will you have a fireplace that will have a thin brick or stone surface? If so, then that should be completed before painting. Will you have any tile floors? If so, I would have those installed prior to the hardwood floors. If you need any shower pans poured, then that should be taken care of before, or right after, the drywall is in, depending on how they will be poured. You will need to give more specifics about your project, but generally, the painting is done after the doors and trim are installed. After the painting is done, call in the electrician to complete the finish electrical work. Cabinets should be done after painting, and will be near the end of your list of things to do. After the cabinets and countertops are installed, the plumber should be called in for the finish plumbing work. There are no hard and fast rules regarding the order any of this work should be done, and I have seen different builders to it completely ways. For example, some builders will put in the hardwood floors right after the drywall is up, but won't finish the floor till near the very end of the project. Others won't put in the hardwood floors till after the doors, trim, tile, and painting is done, and will finish them right away. Both ways will work, its just a matter of preference.

Ah, pmartin, I'm glad that the pic brought you over to 'my' side. I bought my first antique at age 16 - a beautiful spool bed that now resides in my guest room. It's all been vintage and antique since then, when at all possible. My sister works at a high end furniture store, and once a year or less, I'll buy a piece from her (no family discount) when it's marked way down. Even my TV armoire in the LR LOOKS older, even though it's new. I just prefer the warmth that I feel is in the older stuff, and it's so well constructed. Igloo, I'm sorry to have to say that the seller had already polished one of the knobs, and it stood out like a sore thumb, so I am reluctantly doing the others to match. I let out a little gasp when she told me that on the phone, and it was too late to stop her. 900 doilies....gee, as tempting (cough) as that sounds, I'm afraid not. I am not an oak fan, even though I have a few pieces, including an old Hoosier cabinet in my dining room. I hope I can make this beauty work somewhere on the first floor, as I'd hate to have it resigned to a bedroom. I want to see it as much as I can each day.

There's a couple things I see off hand that could be a problem. One is that a 5 gallon bucket is pretty much the bare minimum sized container that you'd want to grow full-sized tomato plants in. 10-15 gallon would be much better. The plants quickly get root bound and stressed much quicker and need watered and fed much more often in smaller containers. Dwarf plants will do okay in 5 gallon buckets. Can't tell if there are spots on the leaves or not but early blight or one of the many other fungus/disease that tomatoes get is a possibility. The treatment for all is the same though. Remove the affected leaves and start spraying with a fungicide. Also, general color of the plants, unless it's due to the camera, look anemic to me. Have you fed them at all? Rodney
