It has been cool and dreery here and rubbed off on me as I feel lazy!
Course who wouldn't be after jacking up the front stoop and then placing pipe under it to roll it back snug to the house.
Took awhile to figure how and what to do but gotter done.

It was the 1st time we've ever left the kids alone overnight so it was mixed emotions but they were fine and enjoyed the independance. Mandy took charge of the cooking and even got up earlier than usual so Jack didn't miss his morning walk.

As it was winter accomodation prices were much cheaper so we got a self contained executive spa unit - LOL it was a bit posh!!

Huge 2 person spa and a king size bed. We could have had room service breakfasts but choked on the prices LOL. The room had a toaster and kettle so we were set. :)

The golf course had a lovely bistro that we went to one night and the 2nd night just cooked pizza and garlic bread in the unit.

It was sooooo great to have time for just the two of us - might make it a regular August Escape.

Hi y'all, I'm still here too. It's been a crazy summer. I'm still doing lots of PSP but no sig tags lately. I got a new digital camera, my first one, it's a Fujifilm Fine Pix S5100 and I love it. I've mostly been working on websites and my birding stuff, when I'm not at work or with family.

I'm here too! Been doing lots of golfing, not as much computer time, but trying to keep up occasionally. I've lurking around here - check in every day - but guilty for not posting. Urlee posted Bev's picture a few min. ago, so hope Bev drops in to see it LOL.

Sue went on vacation and checked out the golf course from her balcony - chickened out, didn't you Sue?
