White mold on walls. How to eliminate it?

The kitchen renovation has started with lots and lots of demo; we are down to the studs. Of course, there are some surprises.

The exterior of the home (1925 to 1935) is stucco. We can see some white mold on the wood framing supporting the stucco. Most is in the tiny spaces between the boards but there is some on the flat surfaces. And yes, we have found wet wood. There were cracks in the stucco that have been repaired in the last few days.. Overall, there is not a lot of mold, but it is still really gross. Before the walls are insulated and closed up, we want to kill and remove as much as possible. We will try to dry the space out as well.

What are your suggestions? Home remedies such as a bleach or vinegar solution? A commercial product?

Once the mold is removed, should a sealer be applied?

Thanks!
