The instructions are in the tute Sue posted in my previous stationary post here only I have been using pictures or gifs instead of the plaid background.

Thanks so much for the offer, however I have tried to make a stat with OE. Succeeded, but the subject wasn't the greatest. In the meantime, Sue sent me her instructions just last night, for basic stationery and I'll get at that in the next day or so. I'll post something as soon as I come up with something suitable, and show you what I accomplish. Looks like fun.
