Hi Folks

This one was done on canvas instead of the usual boards.

I mucked up the reflections so they don't match the mountain but I'm still quite happy with it

Me again. Thanks for all the encouragement. Carol I've tried digital painting - with a tutorial but didn't like it. One of the thing I love about painting is the texture and feel of the oil paint (even the smell) I enjoy using my fingers to smudge clouds and computer painting just feels flat after that. Here's one I did in PSP. Sorry I didn't keep the tutorial so can't offer a link. Sue :)

Thanks ladies. I had a lot of fun painting this - especially doing the clouds as I used my fingers LOL - the teacher was using a brush but I like the smudged look that fingertips give. Judy sadly most are in a box in the garage - just haven't the room for them or the cash for an art studio. :) Sue :)

Hi Judy & Urlee David comes whenever he can get a Friday off school :) Classes stop over Christmas but during the other holidays they are still running so if possible the kids like to come - last week Mandy prefered to stay home and sleep!! Dave has done about 4 classes and loves it. It all goes as planned this week both Mandy and David will come with me. Sue :)

You did a super job on this one Sue - another one to frame. You must be running out of wallspace. I'm sure there are a lot of ladies here that would be willing to help you out.
