How dumb of me!

Boy can I pull some stupid tricks..

I worked most of the nite on something & NEVER saved it..

wouldn't U know PSP dumped me with an illegal.

I was told to set it to auto save which I did but where does it save it IF it did. I don't think I'll ever learn. This may be a teacher. If I can't find it I'll just start over tomorrow. There was a few thing I wanted to change anyway LOL

I did learn to install filters & not in the actual program but in a folder I made on a different drive.

Think maybe there is hope for me yet? LOL

Dar- don't give up. I've done that too. Makes me so mad. Finally got the right settings for saving things!

I know of ardent rose growers who would visit Europe, find a good rose that's only available there, buy the rose from the local nursery, take bud woods off those roses, and courier them back home, where they have someone waiting to bud them on as soon as they arrive. This gets over the barrier of not being able to bring in any plants that are rooted in native soil. So, If J and P's roses are all on Dr. Huey, and you prefer own-roots, would it be reasonable to get the rose anyway, grow it in a container, take cuttings from it and start your own "own root" versions of it?

I buy bar towels from wally world...the soaps nowdays do not get them clean...so every once in awhile I soak them in "Iron Out"...it gets them moderately clean... bummer about the pink...we've all been there on that one I'm pretty sure...my latest fiasco was washing a box of gum...amazingly it came off the clothes pretty easy...getting it off the inside of my new dryer was a fiasco...

One of them went over trying to save the other two. I know if it had been a loved one, I probably would have done the same. It's so sad that it ended up killing him. How easy it is to judge from the comfort of our living rooms against people we've never met but these kids could have easily been your own children. It just takes one moment in a lapse of judgement to have tragic results, and I can guarantee we've all made a bad or reckless decision before. Even the smartest, most intelligent, best-raised people make seriously poor decisions at some point in their life, except they're usually lucky enough to survive them. I think the world would be a better place with a little more compassion. How terrifying that must have been in their last moments. :(

I checked my CC account the other day and saw that there were 2 payments posted to my account,one on the 24th of June,and one the next day on the 25th. I knew i hadn't done so,so checked my checking account and only one had been taken out. So i called the cc company to see what was going on,she said yes,it looks like you paid one on line,and the other you physically went into the bank and paid it.Crazy,because as i told her i have NEVER gone into the bank to pay it.So she said she'd have to track it down,mind you i have a very common name(unfortunately),so for a few days some other Kathleen D-had money taken from her account and posted to mine.Funny thing was it was the exact same amount as i did pay!! I checked my account this A.M. and they have fixed my account.But i wish someone would pay it for me.LOL Kathi

I don't use the autosave settings, but I did a quick google search for you about it. It goes to where you save it. Below I pasted what I found at a website...

Well, my all time favorite is using the AutoSave feature in PSP. Go to File/Preferences/Auto Save Settings. Put a check mark in the Enable Auto Save box, and set it to 5 minutes, then click OK. Now, whenever you start a new image or PSP project, as soon as you open the initial canvas, go to File/Save As - save it in the .PSP file format to a folder of your choice ( a folder that you will know where you saved it to ), then continue with your project. Auto Save will save your additions every 5 minutes so if PSP crashes, your work will be saved for you!

You have to first manually save it to your folder of choice, then auto save will take over. But no way I would have it set for 5 minutes. Have it the lowest, which is 1 minute. If they had a 30 seconds choice, I would do that, which is why I don't use auto save. It just takes a second to click the save icon and I prefer to do it quite often.

The 2nd time was much easier. I have it auto save but it doesn't seem to be doing it.. hope I don't forget from now on...
