Hwy Superman, awesome photos! My new neighbor in the South Valley has a couple of palms in his yard and they're doing pretty good. If they survive the winter, I think I'll get a couple. I'm not sure, but I think there's yet another even larger saguaro in the valley - down on 2nd and Prosperity. I'll check it out tonight when I make my car payment. I've wondered what it was and when I saw the saguaro photo of yours, I thought it might be one. It's about 12 feet tall.

if your software did not install properly you should probably go to control panel add remove programs and select to remove it there. Then you can either try to re-install it or just forget about it. My personal preference is to forget about it and go with a card reader. First are you sure your computer does not have a card reader built in to it? Most of the newer ones do. You take the little memory card out of the camera and insert it into the proper slot in the card reader. If you get a usb card reader it simply plugs into a usb port on your pc or a usb hub you have connected to your pc, then once it is ready you just insert the memory card from your camera into the reader. You can then copy the pics directly to the pc or do what ever you want to do with them. Always remember when using any device that plugs into a usb port to use the safely remove icon down in the systray before unplugging from the usb port. Not sure 'where' you want to save them 'from'? If from the webshots site itself .. Right Click on a picture that you want to save. A drop-down menu should come up that gives you the option to save the picture. If your saving from your camera .. then I'm guessing that you already know how to do that. If you want to save to a flash/thumb drive .. Everything that I said in the first set of instructions apply except .. in the drop-down menu .. there should be a choice that asks you 'where' you want to save the photo to and one of the choices should be the flash/thumb drive .. "If it's already plugged in".

thank you ALL for your nice words. i was away for a while as i stopped working on this mosaic. i got stuck as i was missing the grey tiles for the background. and didn't want to order just those (expensive postage) and then i couldn't afford to order lots of tiles to make it worth. so i was in a... pickle??? and it was on a table on the balcony for weeks and then just decided it was time to see it finished. this one too was made for myself. step one. but later on, if someone is interested, i would not mind selling some of them. later on! but i'm gonna soon start thinking about the next one. still got lots of tiles and marbles and i wanna do another mirror. maybe for mom? :)
