Trying to get back into the swing of things

Hi everyone, boy it seems like ages since I've done anything in PSP. Actually we got a new computer, and between trying to learn XP and PSP 8 I haven't done many tuts. I really have to get back to doing them. I did this in PSP7 during our last snow, it is from Kat's "Let it snow" Boy am I rusty.

I just tried and previewed it, it is so jumpy I can't post it. I have it on Photo Bucket and not sure if it is because they resize it that it got this way or not. I e-mailed it to hubby and it is great. Any ideas what could cause this. OK if you all promise not to laugh, here it is. I guess it is the only way someone could tell me what happened between it being fine on my computer then this when it went through PB. Animations always seem jumpy when I store them on PB they show that way, but when you actually upload them they are fine. Not so with this one.

Glad to see you back Carol. Wish I had some idea how to help but hopefully someone will be along that knows what happened.

Carol,

When you upload an image at Photobucket, it says below the browse button "Images larger than 250 KB are automatically resized". When they are resized, they will be jumpy.

I agree - I love added to and turning my compost daily - and I miss it in the winter. Mine freezes fairly quickly - really, when the ground freezes. This year, when I opened it, it looked like it was in the same state as I left it Dec 15th. I just added some kitchen trimmings to get it started - which didn't work very well. Next year, to get it jump started - and really, to finish-off what wasn't yet digested - I think I'll add a big bag of alfalfa pellets. All the Best, Theresa

Thanks Guy's...:) Nicco's swim wasn't for pleasure.....medical reasons...:) I just walk along and encourage him from the edge as he does his laps.....Now a fun swim would be nice...might have to do that too....soon..:) He is doing much better now and if we can just get him to cooperate every other evening when I have to give him his allergy shots....life would be good....he knows it's coming and has no qualms about letting me know he does not appreciate it!...LOL A few more and then a knew thread...:) Tender Love Now this applies......LOL Will Return Rick

Thanks guys, I kind of thought that was the problem. Are there any other free storage sites that allow larger images? I forgot I had storage on Netscape, after resizing a little I tried it there.A little better, but still not as clear as original. Even with sharpening. Thanks for looking.

I forgot to ask if you saw the face on my tree? A Valentine's present. I thought it was the funniest thing! The pieces are so natural looking, the eyelids look like tree bark as does the nose. Main reason I took the pic.

Carol. I love your "Let it snow". As far as it being jumpy, I have the same problem with photo bucket when resizing.
