Belleclare figs....

Thanks! If anyone else sees anything they'd like to have in exchange for something you think I would like to have, please don't hesitate to ask! I'd rather have as many different kinds as I can - otherwise I'm just going to start giving them away locally. I'm moving soon and can't possibly take ALL these with me, (only one of each kind - not three). So I'm still looking for ANYONE with any of the Bellclare figs. I'd really like to try and get some of those huge Italian and Greek figs! :) ~ Erin

Anyone Cooking or Baking Today?

ARE YOU KIDDING? I suppose I could put a loaf of bread out on the driveway and it'd bake! I went out for breakfast yesterday and today. That's my meals for the days. Going to be a miserable week here so won't be much cooking going on. I'll probably pick up cold salads and make some sandwiches. My main concentration is keeping hydrated through this.

there is no amber drift, peach is wonderful with various shades, including hints of yellow. be careful where you put sweet, if it's happy it will grow to 3'x4'. I agree with the other post that amber is in the flower carpet series which are wonderful roses.

Water...and please be aware that not everyone in the industry has the "touch" for water based polyurethanes. The old school guys who work with oil based on a daily basis can get into a bit of trouble when working with the high-end water based finishes that have different working times and have 2-component set ups that require mixing, etc. I've seen many a water based floor get mucked up by a person who says they can 'do' water based if the homeowner asks for it. If you are going to work with the new water based polyurethanes (big price tags but also big benefits) then I would suggest working with someone who uses the product on a weekly if not daily basis. These new ones have a BIG learning curve. They are NOT like oil based finishes at all.

Hi basha,
Sure anyone can request that a tag be made with their name on it, but once you learn how to use the programs it just gives you such a feeling of self accomplishment to do it yourself. We are a group that help each other with questions mainly about Paint Shop Pro & Annimation Shop, but also help each other find tutorials, or graphics, or scanning questions, or how to resize photos etc. I started out about seven years ago knowing nothing about animation and PSP. Someone from here directed me to another learning group called PSP Imaginarium ( I don't know if it still exists but was great) and I am still learning from the people here at G&S.
So jump right in, glad to have you. This is a wonderful sharing bunch!
