Urlee, I have PSP 7/8/9/X....in all three the... Deformation/Environment Map folders are empty. If you have the PSP9 manual, 'Mapping' is on page 472, it is used to create image maps for web pages. "An Image map is a graphic that contains a mapped area (called cells). that links to URL's." In PSP9 my Displacement Map folder has one texture in it. I have used Displacement Map, I must have saved a texture when I used the effect. You might want to try Displacement (if you haven't), it's kind of fun. Note: There is a PSPX Update on the Corel site, for those that already have PSPX. Update Carol, I don't know how much help I will be. Each of us uses PSP for different types of projects and that makes a difference in our needs. It doesn't have Animation 3 with it. You have to have a previous version or (I guess) buy Animation separate. My first PSP was 7. When 8 came out, I updated to 8. When 9 came out, I updated to 9. Now, I have PSPX. As I updated, I never went back, each new version had additional new effects and/or tools. So far I like PSPX, I haven't had any trouble with it. I have all three versions on my puter and they live happily together. The only reason I keep all of then is, if I'm helping some one, I need them to remember where things are in each version. The first thing I do when I install a new version is, take the time to customize the new version. I put the tools and Icons in the same place as the previous version so that I don't have to hunt, it takes time but it's worth the extra time. I just finished doing that with PSPX, every thing is in the same place as PSP9. Other than the new effects, I can't even tell the difference between 9 and X. After I customize, I save the the new workspace and name it custom1. When I do have a problem all I have to do is go to File/Workspace and reload and it corrects the problem. As time goes by there will be less tutorials and certainly no updates for the previous versions, especially PSP7. The bottom line is, I'm happy with PSPX. It has some new features, and it loads faster than the previous versions. Hope this helps... Joy

Froglife do a survey each year of the frogs activities and clumps of spawn etc so it is a good idea to keep a record of how many you got. I count them as they are laid because after a while they all lay next to each other and they blend into one big clump, so it is impossible to see how many you have had by that time. Can you show us any different angles of your pond. I think it will give us a better idea and will help us to make suggestions. Also what are the dimensions etc. I can see you are also growing from seeds at the bottom of the garden. Are you growing veg or flowers. What a shame about the Heron. They are such a beautiful bird up close but they have big appetites and can soon wipe you out. I am lucky as we have an RSPB reserve about 6 miles away where there are plenty of Herons and plenty for them to eat. I don't think their flight path is over my garden, but my sister in law lives about 3 miles closer and they have once stopped at her neighbours pond and eaten the fish.
