I have PSP 7 on my computer and I love it. But...PSP X is on sale at a local store, and I would like to dabble with it also. Can I install X and still keep 7?

I have both of them on my computer and they both work ok.

I was looking at the box and really wanted it, but I'm not ready to let go of 7 yet. The tech who brought my computer out, saw that I had 7 and said he had X and really did like it....and so far, it's marked down $20 and might be more by tomorrow. If there is one left tomorrow, I'm going to get it....

My DD and DSIL gave me Netflix and Roku for Christmas. Roku enables the streaming, although you can do it with BluRay, Playstation, and probably other devices. My understanding is that the basic one-DVD-at-a-time Netflix subscription ($7.99 or $9.99 per month, I forget which) also entitles you to stream online or to your TV. Not all Netflix movies and TV shows are available for streaming, but many are. You can have a regular queue of titles you want to receive by mail, and an Instant Queue of titles you want to stream. In addition, you can go looking (via your TV) for other titles at any time. I was never much of a TV watcher, but I'm enjoying having this available to me. I've been watching some of the shows I was curious about but never got to see on TV. And when my DGD is here we can watch movies together.

And I would like to recommand you a photo editing software. you may want to try PhotoStudio. It has same functions like PhotoShop but much easier to edit photos with and more economical in price. This is a very old post, but I think I know why your Filters and other elements of Photoshop disappeared. I think it is because after you installed Photoshop, you moved it (dragged it) to the desktop instead of creating an alias on the dock. This happened to us on some of our iMac computers in our high school digital classes. It took us a while to figure out that when a student complained that their Filter menu was no longer available, they had tried to move Photoshop to their desktop a la PC style setup, instead of creating an alias on their dock, and somehow this action truncated the program, rendering some of its features unusable. The solution is to uninstall the current Photoshop and then reinstall it.

Get it! It is my favorite. I have 7, 9 & X on my computer but rarely use any except PSP X.

Get it BUT-----KEEP PSP7 on your computer too!

I use 7 every day to paste my screen captures to, to save.
It opens so much faster for that purpose but the newer programs have more tools to work with if you are doing make overs.

I just got it from pcsmartshop at this link: PSP at amazon.com. Ordered it Monday received it Wednesday. Great price.
