LOL Urlee - that's scary but good work. Teri most of the tuts there are animated and there's also psp8 lessons. Once you join you could spend a very very long time doing the tutorials. I wouldn't have joined if you had to post regularly etc but there's no requirements apart from joining to get the info and supplies. I did email Theresa (the group owner) & she seems lovely and very helpful. I just wanted to introduce myself and thank her for the resources. Urlee - Yes you have to unzip them to do each tut and if you have XP and SP2 you'll need the patch that Buzzard told me about so you can read them if they are more than one page. Sue :)

Urlee, For the valid psp file problem, you have to save it as a psp7 compatible file while in psp to use it in ani shop. So be sure to check the Options box in the Save As dialogue when saving in psp, and click psp7 compatible. You must also type in the extension as ".psp". I also find this on some website... If you have updated PSP to version 8.10 or newer ...Animation Shop has been added as a 'file type'. When you save, instead of saving as a Paint Shop Pro FILE TYPE, use the SAVE AS command and the dialog box will give you the option to change the FILE TYPE to Animation Shop. ...Not sure what that is, but saving as a psp7 compatible file makes it so you can open in ani shop. I also found this at this website... http://www.tech-critic.com/~progame/psp81.html Changes in Paint Shop Pro 8.01 Added full editing integration between Animation Shop 3 and Paint Shop Pro 8. You can now transfer frames from Animation Shop 3 to Paint Shop Pro 8 for additional editing and update back to Animation Shop. ...So perhaps you need to go to the Jasc site and there probably is some sort of update for version 8 that will import these fixes for you. It's the same Elly but if it was merged before saving which is "according to Hoyle", if you get what I mean, then you wouldn't get those blank frames inbetween in AS. No harm done but can confuse a person if they didn't know deleting the blanks could fix it like you did. I think the tutor forgot the step about merging unless her image was not floating like ours? Anyway, I like the fact I don't have to save each one and re-open later to animate by following the steps I posted above. Deb, That link came from darling Elaine.
