Good for you Bev, you will love it! We are on our second Dell, this one is just a year old. We have found the service just great. This one right from the start seemed to run a much louder than our first(which we had for six years) and it also seemed to get much warmer than the other. We called Dell they sent out a tech, he installed a larger fan, and we were good to go. No charge. Carol
