Moni, If I'm making something for someone else, or taking an online course, it's easy to keep busy with crafts, etc. Otherwise, have to push myself to find something to do. Was physically active all my life -- then this ol' bod decided to do an internal Dorial Gray. Ha (And one of those important life questions comes to mind: Why is gray sometimes spelled grey??) Was swimming 3 times a week when my first 'attack' of vertigo occurred. Couldn't lift my head to even reach the phone a few inches away. Scary. Unfortunately with Agoraphobia, once you get frightened, you tend to avoid that thing that you figure was the offending trigger. So, mixing a deteriorating body with straight-from-h___ mental processing really puts a crimp in 'living the good life.' Being able to once again drive will help considerably. It's good that you have a passion and that you're able to bike. And I'd dearly love seeing your 'jungle' in person, but the pics will have to suffice. Thanks for sharing. Kat Granlan, Amarillo! The Tree House was not an iVillage forum. Like Kitchen Table Too and Our Humble Home, it was a spin-off from the Kitchen Table. I think it was started by people who had ridden the tea cups, compliments of Spike. I didn't get banned from the Tree House--I just didn't post for a long time and I can't log in now (I'm sure JayJay would probably open the door for me, if I asked nicely). In the olden days, there were a lot of forums, but not enough time to frequent all of them. The Kitchen Table was my favorite forum, so that's where I have spent the majority of my time. I do miss the wonderful old chats we had--we got together two evenings a week and chatted for hours...till they closed the room on us. Juellie, I don't remember Bach, but maybe some of the other old-timers do.

This is recipe I have used and it's really good Farmers Casserole 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup diced cooked ham 1/4 cup chopped green onions 4 eggs 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 1/4 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp salt Directions Place potatoes in an 8 in square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions. Beat eggs, milk, pepper and salt; pour over all. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Let set before baking about 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
