Is the home I'm buying a MH?

I'm looking at a lake cabin to buy as a vacation home. The seller's agent mentioned in an email response to some of our questions that the owner had discovered mobile home foundation rails beneath the home. The agent has said that the home is not a mobile, and the county records don't list it at as a mobile. The house has cedar board & batten siding and a metal roof. But It also appears to have two additions, and it's conceivable that the original shape was rectangular like a mobile.

My question is how can I determine, during a realtor visit or an inspection, determine if the home is a modified mobile or not? Is this a big concern structurally or otherwise? Might there be lending or insurance issues?

Thanks for your help.
