Colorblends apologizes for being slow on crediting this customers account. Our records indicate the customer placed the order on Sunday October 7th, 2007. The order was packed on Monday, October 8th. Recorded temperatures in the Chicago area were 87 degrees F on October 9th and 10th so we stopped shipping. After temperatures cooled on Thursday, October 11th, the customers card was charged before shipping that day. Later on Thursday, October 11th we were informed the order needed a Friday, October 12th delivery date which we could not now honor. The order was then cancelled. Our records indicate on October 17th we credited the account back. Again we are sorry about the delay on crediting the account.

I'm down to purchasing my two Franke sinks from one of these suppliers. Can't believe the differences in prices. Quality bath price is $85 more by phone than their e-bay store. They said they don't honor coupons if they have a sale. Does anyone have any coupon codes for any of them?? Someone said they got one on their my e-bay page but I don't have any. The make offer option: how much lower can you go??? Now I just need to decide on faucets and I'm DONE - a big RED DONE. can't wait. thanks for any help you can give me.

I took a quick look at the site and saw this gum tree and poplar wood frame. Both are considered soft woods. I have never heard of using these for the frame of upholstery. There is not much info about construction of any of the upholstery pieces I looked at either, so you may want to ask a few questions before ordering. Yes I have done that, and it seems everything in showrooms looks just like you've described the one from Pottery Barn, very beat up and not holding up well at all. I do have a coworker that ordered hers from PB, and has had it for 5 years, she is happy with it. But when researching reviews, I've read some awful stuff about their customer service lately, and experienced it myself with a recent small purchase with them. I'm not willing to make such a large purchase and risk having issues with their customer service. I believe another GW member recently posted on decorating about it too. The manufacturer I ordered from has many very good reviews online. It was not cheap and actually cost more than the vanity from PB without the counter. It is solid wood construction with no MDF. I will inspect it when it arrives and report back. We just had some custom cabinetry made in our bedroom, and the carpenter we worked with did a decent job but he was such a pain in the neck to work with. It also took him months to complete our small job because he had so many ongoing projects with other clients. I was hesitant to go that route again for a vanity.
