Thanks, everyone. ;) Chelsea is doing well. Growing fluffier by the day although not heavier (I think she's going to be a bit over ten pounds, which is what the breeder thought! She looks bigger because she has such a thick coat.) Here's her Easter pic with this humongous balloon bunny one of my students gave me.

This is maybe the 3rd time I've read this one, and it's still funny. That woman Anne has a wry sense of humor. I think dogs are great, but they sure can be disgusting (like eating poop, rolling and hiding in dead carcasses, etc). Donna I machine sewed the quilt blocks and then my husband framed them with frames we bought from Hobby Lobby at $10 a piece. The ladies the fabric came from did not quilt, but they did sew clothing and that's where the fabric for the blocks came from except for the tan/white floral neutral that I used from my stash. The older fabrics that belonged to my friend's grandma and great-grandma will be donated as I do not use old, old fabric in my quilts as I feel that would shorten the life of the quilt using 40 to 60 year old fabrics. Some of the fabric used in the framed quilt blocks developed holes in them during the handwash cycle in the washing machine, so the fabric is very, very old and delicate, and I did not feel it would be wise to use it in a quilt as I like my quilts to get a lot of utilitarian use. Shoot - I don't see the quilt you are talking about. Was it moved? Krissie, to post a link copy the URL (in your case http://www.thequiltshow.com/ ) and paste it into the box below the message box that is titled "Optional Link URL" Then type what you want to show up as your link in the box that says "Name of the link". In this case, Colleen typed "the quilt show" in the box that says "Name of the link". Then when you preview your message, you should not see the URL code, you will just see what you named the link.
