Verdici glass coasters I bought at the Vancouver airport last month for $9.95. Wish, wish, wish I had picked up more sets. They've gotten rave reviews by everyone who' seen them.

Very nice both of you. Nicole your pictures always look like ones from a magazine!

Here's another picture I found at a yard sale. This one is a large numbered/signed print from Charles W. Schwartz. I bought it with the intention of reselling it.. but ended up keeping it. It hangs in my computer room.

I love my kitchen, just wish the rest of the house looked as nice. We've been "remodeling" other rooms in the house for the last two years which means ... we've been thinking a lot about it. LOL Would really, really like to get the ball rolling but there always seems to be something else to do, like work, hiking, travel, processing photos, etc. We've got so many remodel projects on the back burner, it's truly overwhelming for people like us who can't seem to make a decision. Though I think I've recently found a contractor/designer that knows who I am and can help make some decisions much easier for me. Nicole, is that grass cloth you have on your wall? My kitchen actually won't be completed until I figure out what to do with one of the walls. I'm thinking of using grass cloth. Again, indecision is the bane of my existence. Jodi-

Here's a multi drawer chest my dad made. He was practicing dovetailing joints. I'd say he got plenty of practice! He also turned those bowls on top. It's very interesting how that's done.....I watched a video and was amazed how much wood it takes to make one little bowl. And you can be almost finished and it'll split....then you have kindling. LOL Working with wood is tricky but I love to see what he's making next.

A pic of my curio cabinet which is filled with crystal bowls, wine glasses etc. Hubby has been after me to let him bring his cars out in the open, so I made room on one of the shelves for 2 of them, after reading Gazania's post yesterday.
He's pleased as punch!

Jasdip, that is a beautiful, and unusal curio. I have never seen one shaped that way.

This is an 'old fashioned' shadow box. It was made for me by a neighbor who was 92 years old at the time.
