Tip for foil/plastic wrap

I know we have probably discussed this before, but I just wanted to remind everyone that you don't have to buy those things in itty-bitty boxes at the grocery/dollar store.

Invest a few extra $$$ and pick up the industrial-sized boxes at the bar supply. The boxes are much sturdier and easier to use. The product lasts 'forever'. I've been using my 2 boxes over a year and a half, and they don't even look like I've touched the product inside--they'll litterally last for years. One school I was teaching (home ec) at had a roll of the restaurant plastic film and we used it for something like 10 years. That's a LOT of film for the money. In the long-run, I think you save a lot of $$$, because the boxes last so much longer, you're not adding as much trash (packaging) to the landfills, and you don't run out and have to keep buying more wrap every couple of weeks.
