Another curb appeal exterior shutter/door paint plea...

Just moved in and working hard on the interior with new paint, flooring and doors throughout, some DIY projects in the kitchen, etc. Since we decided to focus on the interior this year we will not be painting the exterior siding anytime soon. It's in good shape and we're going to tackle other projects first. However, I can't help but want to spruce up the front exterior a bit to give it a little bit of personality. It is sooo boring.

The brick is brown with light beige "accents" - if you will. The roof is a brown as well. Everything else, and I mean EVERYTHING, is is a creamy/yellowish/buttercreamish/beige. I was thinking of painting the shutters and door a color just to give it a little something extra but I am not sure what?? Any suggestions? Also, the fixtures and door hardware is all shiny brass, which will be replaced, probably with oil rubbed bronze.

Any ideas for colors would be great. You guys have such amazing taste!!! Thanks!!
