I found this up in the sky last fall.

Getting caught up, since I was gone for about a week.

This saddleback caterpillar will deliver a painful sting if you happen to bump up against it. A tree guy working in my yard found it with his elbow.

I had been stung on the back of the neck a week earlier by a different species of stinging caterpillar, and looked after the tree guy got stung, and found this one.

I didn't even know "Stinging caterpillars" existed, and then I find two different ones in my yard in the space of a week.

Bob, I've never heard of stinging caterpillars! Thanks for the heads up and sorry about finding out the hard way.

That little bugger you show looks amazing with the "shirt" he is wearing. Nature never fails to amaze!
