I know - right, Lazy Pup - mine was forgotten, too - at age 62, that was o.k.!

I'm pretty sure the way to get recognized on the KT for your birthday is to have the KT listed as one of your favorite forums. That way it shows up at the top of the page on the Birthday List*. The other way is to have your birth date listed on the special days list on the KT gathering place.

I think you have to tell the person in charge what your
birthday is. You need to contact them.

Phyllis did birthdays for a long time, then I took over for a few years. Lynn took them over the first of the year, but she's off in her RV now... so Jasdip has graciously accepted the challenge. She's still new at this and trying to sort things out.

I can tell you from my experience that some people will always be left out... even if the KT is listed as your favorite forum and your birthday is supplied.. sometimes it still won't come up on the daily KT birthday list at the bottom of the threads. Just a Gardenweb glitch. There's also a lot of birthdays listed where the poster hasn't been here in 10 years! It would be nice if GW could update the bday lists to just current (say within a year) posters.. not sure that can be done though.

You can list your BD right here and I will add it to the KTGP list. I'm sorry Kay & Lazy pup I should have checked.

Hi again, I personally wanted to ask if I was on the list and if I was I wanted to be deleted 'cuz I've just decided I'm not having anymore birthdays...no kidding! LOL!

A suggestion I have to make it easier and not leave those out that want to be remembered might be to start a b'day thread the first of each new month to honor all the b'day peeps for the whole month. Would make it easier on the person in charge and it would be a fun thread to look forward to every month.

I wouldn't mind being in a group b'day acknowledgement 'cuz misery loves company...LOL!
