As I haven't found much in the way of nefarious activities relating to my internet activity (or life in general) resulting from my activities at Gardenweb, I've left my actual birthdate here intact.

But, cognizant of the fact that one of the major factors used to identify us is our bithdate, in most other situations where I'm asked for my birthdate, I give the date of my brother, who died over thirty years ago, and the actual year of my birth.

Not too interested in making life easier for the identity thieves.

Moni..it hasn't been 42yrs. since I lost my husband. It's been 2 years 36 days. We would have been married 42yrs. this coming October.

I'm not "tough"...I don't have a choice. I keep waking up every morning!

I wish I could still post my anniversary because then I would have my wonderful husband back with me. Our anniversary was December 18, 1976 (I still miss him so much).

kathi_mdgd ... when you go to your MyPage, it takes you to your Member Page where you can see what you've written. Down at the bottom of the screen is a greenish-gold bar and one of the sections says Member Pages. Click that.

You should be at a screen that says Welcome kathi_mdgd!

Now there's a list of things you can do. The 2nd choice is: Edit Personal Information, Page and Preferences. That's the one you want.

Be sure to press the Save Your Member Profile button at the bottom when you're finished with your updates.
