It sounds like two issues are going on there - getting photos off your phone, and files having their extensions changed. For the latter, first you need to determine if the files were actually changed to pdfs or just the extensions changed (the dot and last three letters, as in .pdf, or .doc) Try right clicking on one file, choosing "rename" and changing the extension to what is was originally - .doc or whatever. Don't worry about the warning - you can change extensions as many times as you like. If it opens you're going to have to rename each file by renaming the extension. Programs that can rename, like the one included with "FileMenuTools", can do that in batches but if you're not a bit experienced it might feel a bit challenging. If it still doesn't open after changing the extension, something deeper has happened - the file itself may have been altered. If that's the case, I would guess you might have some sort of virus and I would do a completely scan with an antivirus and/or anti malware program. Lets in stall Adobe reader. See link below First on that webpage Put your mouse over the check mark on the optional offer. Click to un-check it, you don't need that. Optional offer: Yes, install free McAfee Security Scan Plus to check the status of my PC security. Then click in the lower right yellow Install now, that should download it to the desktop or your downloads folder, then double click it to install Adobe. Jodi..that didn't work with these files. Not sure why..but I made the picture smaller so it would fit the screen and did a Print Screen. Then opened them in my photo editing program and saved them as JPG's! Thanks

Unfortunately, you can't just insert a PDF or a JPG into a post -- you have to upload it somewhere else first, and then link to it. If you click on the link below to the ReadMe for this forum, and scroll down to the second or third comment, the instructions walk you through how to upload images to photobucket.
