Rotating a house onto a new foundation?

Anyone know ballpark figure on how much it would cost to lift a house, rotate it 90 degrees, and set it down on a new foundation? $25k? $100k?

In our search for a new home, we've come across an old farmhouse whose land has been subdivided and sold off to build subdivisions. Based on how the land was divided, the old house now sits perpendicular to, and close to, a busy road. It's also sitting on an old fieldstone foundation, with a dirt floor, and about 6' of headroom in the musty damp basement. If we were to buy it, we'd ideally prefer to move it back 20 or 30 feet, rotate it 90 degrees, and sit it on a firm new foundation. (then covert one of the old barns to a garage space, etc...) This is on top of having never been updated in the last 90 years.

Any chance anyone out there has comparison figures, or knows how to ballpark something like this? Are we talking 6 figures? Mid-5 figures?
