Please help? Does your Shaw farmhouse sink drain??

It's really not alot to ask for the sink to drain properly, huh? We have the Shaw 30 incher already cut into the cabinet base. It is not yet installed fully...just sittin there on it's two x fours perch. We poured water from a pitcher into it to see how it would drain. Not so good. Pooled over on the right back side quite a bit. Sink is off level a quarter to half inch on the top meaning the sink itself is uneven. Does anyone else have trouble with the sink draining fully? Is this part of the wonkiness we have to accept or is my sink really, REALLY off? Granite guy was here and said if we tried to shim it too much it's just gonna make a bigger gap on one side for him to have to caulk. We are doing undermount with him suggesting a negative reveal. Any thoughts or hand holding would be appreciated. Thanks from pupwhipped.
