LOOKING for: sauce suggestions for chicken-potato balls

All I was doing was trying out my new/old yardsale food processor. Honest! It worked so well, I ended up with a lot of processed potatoes and onions I didn't know what to do with. So I thawed and chopped up some raw honey-mustard chicken and added it to the mix, along with some shredded cheddar cheese and seasoned salt. [only potatoes and onion were done in food processor] Mixed all that with a raw egg and some flour and corn meal, enough to see I could make balls to put in deep fryer. Fried on 400 degrees for about 5 minutes, and they turned out nicely. DH really liked them.

Now.

I have enough to serve my family of 6 at our gathering for The Amazing Race tomorrow night. [We tape it to show earlier so it's not past little Emma's bedtime.]

What I need are ideas for sauces to serve with these things. Help? chery-va
