RECIPE: Berries 'N Cream Wonton cups

When I made the Wonton cups I just sprayed each wonton skin once I got them pushed down into the mini muffin tinÂdidnÂt sprinkle with sugarÂonce baked & cooled I filled with fresh chopped apricots folded into lofat apricot yogurt , squirted with a bit of spray can 1 % "whipped Cream"& fresh grated a bit of nutmeg over each instead of sprinkling with confectioners sugar.ÂLow Fat Pies !!

HereÂs what the ( scanned from cookbook ) Wonton Cups are suppose to beÂthe picture here & recipe is from Pampered ChefÂs ItÂs Good for You cookbook:

24 square wonton wrappers

1 Tbsp. Butter, melted

2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar

1 8 oz. Container low fat strawberry yoguty

1 ½ c. thawed, frozen whipped topping; divided or freshly whipped cream

1 c. raspberries

½ c. blueberries

2 Tbsp. Powdered sugar

( condensed version from cookbook) brush one side of wonton skin with melted butter& sprinkle evenly with granulated sugar; press each into mini muffin pan. Bake 6-8 min at 350. Cool completely. Fold yogurt & 1 c whipped topping togetherÂfill each wanton cup & top with 1 raspberry & 2 blueberries. Garnish with remaining ½ c. whipped topping & sprinkle with powdered sugar. )
