Armoire - questions re: vintage furniture

I know there are regulars here who know a great deal about vintage furniture and I hope it's ok to pick your collective brains a bit!

This is a piece I bought years ago at a moving sale. It's beautiful (I think) but certainly need some finish work. The plan is to put it on Craigslist but am unsure how to describe it. I don't think it's right to call it an antique since I believe it's from the 1920's. Is the proper term for the detail at the top, satinwood banding? Is the inlay work also properly called satinwood? I know the wood is mahogany but I'm unsure what furniture style this is. Any ideas? Not sure how I'm going to price it but a quick sale is more important than top dollar since it's sitting in front of my entry coat closet! We just brought it back from my niece who had borrowed it for the last year and we no longer have a place for it. I'm all ears for any suggestions or info. Thanks

Deb
