Opinions? Should granite window sill edge match counter?

OK,

Can't believe how many decisions there always are to make. You'd think doing a re-do would be relatively easy. NOT! KG is coming the smorning to re-measure counters, sills, BS, etc. I'm pretty sure I'm going with 3cm this time. I'm changing my edges from full bull-nose to (I don't know the name)'eased edge'? Slightly round on top and bottom, fairly flat- perhaps a tiny bit round on the main edge- saw the edge in the show-room, so he's going to make a copy of edge to send to fabricators.

So, should I just do the same edge on the window-sills? I have two greenhouse windows. I'll include a pic of the trim that will be going up - same as sliding glass doors though narrower on sides. My window sills om the rest of the house will be as shown- though I don't know if that matters, as you wouldn't really see windows from kitchen, and being granite instead of wood... not sure they have to 'match'?

This Architrave will be over window, and similar side trim (though narrower)

These are the 'normal wood' window sills that will be throughout the rest of the house
