How do you save information you get here on quilting techniques?

Although the threads on this forum seem to be saved until they drop off after p.67, who wants to take a chance on being able to find something important whenever we want to, using the little Search window?

You could open an empty Word document and select, copy, and paste whatever you wanted to keep, or you could use File>Save Page As, and put the page directly into a folder in My Documents or any other place you wanted.

There are programs that let you save pages, which are then accessible right from your Internet browser. I happen to use

the FireFox browser, so I got a free add-on for it, called "Scrapbook," in which you can save whole pages or just selections and keep them organized. The point of using it is that you still have those pages in your computer, even if the pages in question are later taken off the Internet. You could say it is more "safe" or permanent than bookmarking.

What are other people doing to save precious information about techniques?
