I can't get into my Photobucket account. I try to log in and the site says I either have the wrong user name or password. I know my user name, I am almost 100 percent sure what my password is - well I am sure but I still can't log in.

I asked for my password to be emailed to me a few times and have yet received an email from Photobucket.

I can't do anything with my pictures using Webtv but I have always been able to log into my account.

Also, can anyone use the pictures you have on Photobucket? I put my user name into MSN search with the word Photobucket and one of my kitchen window pictures came up titled as "Living Room Remodel" LOL I never had my living room remodeled so somebody else is using my picture.

Can albums be made private so only those who you want to see the pictures can see them - like if I link a picture on here.

Moni, if you are reading this and you still have my Photobucket info could you please email me my password so I can make sure I am using the right one. LOL I am almost positive I am using the right password. My brother just put my Christmas pictures online for me and he can't remember it either and usually has to phone me for the info so he can download my pictures.

I would post a link to my Christmas pictures - LOL like you really want to see Christmas in May - but I can't get into my account.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago, thinking I KNEW my password. Emailed like you, and dithered when there was no reply. Turns out it was in my spam box...grr..lol. Turned out I'd forgotten that I'd had to add another letter to the password letter quota, and had forgotten the extra "s".

Hope it all sorts itself out. There have been changes recently to Photobucket, with asking people to reset/change their passwords. Any chance someone in the house has done so without you knowing? Good luck, Kym

I don't have a spam box with Webtv. My brother puts my pictures on the site with his computer from his home but when I asked if he changed my password he said he did not. He always telephones me for my password when he does use my account.

I wish the Photobucket would reply. I have tried every password that I use on sites and none of them are working. I've tried upper case and lower case but still nothing.

I am having the same problem Jo. And I'm on a Mac.... but don't know if that's the root of the cause. I have to highlight the code now and right click or press copy under the edit dropdown. I do get the "copied" thing popping up, but it doesn't actually work unless I do the copy myself. Grace

You can paste it into the body of your message. Not the link part. Then hit preview to see how big the pic is! LOL I have to resize to message board size.

Carolyn, Thanks for asking this question. What I did is clicked on the picture then, where it says resize, I chose website/email. I then confirmed that I wanted to resize and after the picture resized, on the lower right of the picture, there was the place to choose: URL Link - Email & IM, HTML Tag-Websites & Blogs, or IMG Code - Forums & Bulletin Boards. I clicked on the middle one, copied it and posted. To get back to the orginal page, I just clicked on my name in blue and it sent me back. This kind of resized nicely. I didn't know how before. Once you upload your pics to photobucket, under your first photo, click in the field that says "HTML Code" you'll see it say "Copied." Then paste that code into your post. You have to cut and paste the codes one at a time. HTH

Try deleting your cookies. I've had a similar problem too and that fixed it. Good luck. :)

I'm having the same problem today..can't get in. Saying incorrect password. I keep a notebook with all my passwords in it...know I imput it correctly.. bummer!!!
