Building New Poll and Spa

Hello, I'm in the process of having a new pool and spa built here in Southern california. Here are the specs:

14 x 32 3 1/2 to 7' deep

18" raised bb. with 2 24" cascades

18" raised 7' spa

Thinking of putting Flagstone on the facing of the raised b.b.and spa but am not too sure what the salt might do too it over time.

Equip: All Pentair

Clean and clear plus 420s.q. cart. filter.

4 x 160 for spa and cleaning.

1.5 hp whisperflo for cascades.

400k mastertemp heater

Intellichlor

Intellitouch

( Thinking of adding an Ozone unit also with the salt? Any thoughts on that set up? )

Auto fill line

2 skimmers

So I guess my questions are, does this sound like a good set up? If I go with Flagstone would I run in to problems with the salt getting on it over time? Does Ozone really work in a pool? Also we are going to be using pre-cast coping. Does anyone out their have that, what could be the pro's and con's of it?

Sorry for such a long post, but I was excited when I came across this site. Such good info. from people who actually are using the products and not a bunch of salesman fluff.

Thanx
