try to remember phrases or words that are unique to your post. E.g., if there was a line you remembered, like Not an insect was stirring, But I saw a mouse you would start with your username and add the searchwords kiddo insect stirring mouse. If you're sure about a phrase, like not an insect was stirring, enclose it in quotes after your user name: kiddo "not an insect was stirring". That way, only posts that have the words 'not an insect was stirring' in that exact order will appear. You can combine phrases you're sure of with other searchwords, too: kiddo "not an insect was stirring" mouse If all that fails, it's just another case of a post being eaten by whatever eats them; a lot of mine are missing from the archives. I often search and finds posts of mine that go back as far as '05, but sometimes can't find posts as recent as '08/'09. Al

I THINK I may have found your old post - in kinda a backwards way. I realized a while back that our posts from here appear on Google. That worried me some cause when you post here, you kinda feel you know the people who will be reading it. Anyway, I typed in Baltimore Checkerspot and it gave me 67 pages of places to go. I went through those and found two by "berngirl" but not yours. Then I typed in Baltimore Checkerspot on Gardenweb and it gave me fewer, some of the ones I had already checked and others. I found one that was titled "Chelone Lyonni Hot Lips and Baltimore Checkerspot" posted by Zebz 7 on may 29, 07. Emmayct, you responded to that one a couple of times SO MAYBE that is what you are looking for? I didn't go any further to see if you had more but if you can't find it on here, go to Google and see what you can find. I have used this method a few times and have always found what I was looking for. Sometimes it just takes scanning pages to do so. Hope this helps others, too.

I recall someone who characterized her style as French. She had a red fabric-covered board, I think, above her fireplace, a white painted frame sofa with a print or plaid, yellows, reds, and blues? Can't recall her name, but if you can give more details of your recollection of her room(s), maybe you'll jog someone's memory more.
