Vintage knobs and new addition, painted & stained doors ??????

We have a house with very cool vintage knobs in the "east wing" as we call it. It has stained pine six panel doors that are really nice. I don't know if I'll try and strip and restrain at some point, but for the near future they will remain the way they are.

The "west wing" as we call it has a suite for my mom and a mudroom, half bath, small laundry room, lockers, entry from the garage and a slider (drawn in orange line) to the patio.

For this new wing we are not trying to find exact matches to knobs, etc. there are mostly pocket doors. The garage door and the slider are white, as is the trim and windows. The lockers will be stained.

But what about the bifold closet doors, door to the basement and the pocket doors? Also, the door where I drew an orange triangle?

Should I just keep all the doors in this area white? Should I stain some and paint others?

I'm definitely have an eclectic traditional style.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
