woo hoo 82!!!!!

After weeks on end of mid 90's water I couldn't take it anymore. Friday nights swim after a 14 hour workday was totally non-refreshing and made me want to puke at pool ownership in SE Texas, LOL!!!

In spite of my 1000 dollar light bill for last month I cranked up the chillers and inverted my circulating schedule to the nighttime hours.

I swam last night in 87 and it felt much much better, when I woke up this morning I dove in without even looking at the temp.

OMG !!!, it felt like the high 70's, freezing cold and unbelievably refreshing. I've been in the drink for several hours before getting out. Turns out it was 82 after checking the computer.

Now comes the hard part, making the decision to suck it up, keep it here, and pay what I know will be a much higher light bill or throw in the towel and just enjoy the next few days before it rises back up again like all of my other pools.

I'm open to your input.

See ya,

Kelly
