I cut it up and put it in a salad. My DH likes to use his with nachos. Another good use is on a baked potato!

I love cold leftover steak just for snacking on.

I like using it in a sandwich, sliced thin, for lunch the next day. Toasted with either BBQ sauce or mustard on it. Yumm :-) or on a salad is good too.

I slice it thin, then cook up some peppers, onions and mushrooms in olive oil, and when they're all done, put the steak in just for a few seconds, to warm. Eat over rice or bread.

I use left over steak all the time. Cook macaroni, pan fry the steak with onions, sometimes I add tomatoes either fresh or canned, sometime olives, grated cheese sometimes broccoli, etc. For moisture, will throw is salsa, or celery soup.

DH loves leftover steak with peppers and onions over rice with lots of asian flavors; ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce....

I'm thinking Mexican. Slice it and add some of your favorite spices or add some Taco seasoning. You can put it in tortillas and add some cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and any other toppers like sour cream or guacamole. Sounds yummy.

I'm another one who loves it in a salad. I warm it a little first in the microwave. Just a little.

Caramelize some onion and green pepper, add thin sliced steak until just warm, serve on hoagie or in soft flour tortilla.

My mother used to grind meat and then serve it over toast.
(remember those heavy metal grinders that you attached to the table and then cranked by hand?)

Slather two pieces of whole wheat bread with Hellman's and put the steak in between. I love a steak and mayo sandwich.

I do what Joann does and serve it on a warm flour tortilla with cheese and quacomole. I have some left over from last night and that is what I'm planning to do with it.

I'm with the Fajitas idea. Or a Philly steak sandwich. Yum
