I'll jump in here. I've been meaning to lose about 15-20 pounds. It's all in the middle. I started my regimen 2 days ago. I work out every day....or at least try to. 20 minutes / 1 mile on the treadmill and 150-200 repetitions on the EForce. I cut way back on fat (I consider butter a good group). I cut back on portions. A few years ago I lost 30 pounds. It took about a year. I hope this time I can do it faster....summer is coming. People should exercise regularly...just because it's a good thing. (I HATE exercising.)

I missed my workout Monday cause I was sick lol, yesterday I went to a funeral, so today I did my bike come heck or high water! and I feel so much better for getting on my bike. I don't know what to do/say so that Donna will feel the need to join us but the one thing I do know is that it takes approximately three weeks of doing something to make it a habit and after it becomes a habit you really feel like something is missing if you stop doing it. You also need to pick something you think you'll like to do or it will just become another chore.

Thanks for posting Kath. I don't think anything will happen at my end. It's way more that vertigo problems. Spending to much time in the bathroom.... the big D problem. Moni

Went to aerobics-one hour. Then went on a 30 minute dog walk since it was a beautiful day. The kids were off of school today, I called DH at work and invited him to come home and go on a picnic. Afterwards we played soccer and did one lap around the soccer field.
