Problem with stair railing....need a pros help.

Had some problems doing the stair railing for my IPE deck.

The first rail came out fine, but the second one....not so much....

We used the Timbertech Radiance Rail.

The problem is shown below in the pictures. I think the upper railing is twisted a little bit and therefore the stair railing won't sit flush to the post sleeve.

I also may have cut the support rail and the decorative top rail a little short on the stair.

So....what would be the best way to hide this gap?

Caulk?

I was thinking the gap was too large for just caulk....so I would probably need to fill the gap with something before caulking.

Any ideas?

I can't do the post and rail over......I would have to buy another railing kit....

Thanks.
