Hi Rosefolly, those are pretty. I love clematis and am just now getting into them. Some of these forums are really barren aren't they? The rose forum seems to be the most active. Judy

Hi Mary, I had a blast! Tracie & I brought a whole truckload of plants & left with almost as much. We got a nice mix of good ol' standbyes like dahlias, some rarer treasures (to me anyway) like darmera & black bamboo, some nice herbs, and a couple great tropicals like brugmansia. There wer even a few trees there. For some of the newer gardeners without anything to trade I was able to give away several knifophias (red hot pokers), some perennial fall blooming asters, & others. Everyone there was so generous, no one went home empty handed. There were also a couple of young people there with their parents who got some plants of their own. I know Shilpa gave me a nice butterfly bush for my daughter Jasmine (a buddleia connoisseur). A good place to infect a young gardener. I also brought about 4 or 5 kinds of orchids, 3 kinds of christmas cactus, some orchid cactus, a couple superdwarf bannans, & some other houseplant types. I recieved some wonderful seed trades from Jim's & Linda's huge seed drawers. So there was something there for everyone. :)

Jannie,,,you will also see that sometimes when ppl are posting an illegal advertisement someone will just input the word ....Spam That is not only telling everyone it is a spam ad, it also causes that ad to start moving down. As your post moves down, if someone else adds a post it will move back to the top of the list, then show up under the last item on the top of the list that has not had a response.

The other night one of the regulars admitted that they just flagged anything they did not like. While supposedly it takes two flags to remove a comment last Friday it seemed like a post was barely there and it was gone. Currently there is a lag time between my hitting submit and my comments being posted. I am suspecting I am on the bad list as back when I worked at a certain place when people were being monitored there was also a delay. HT is not the discussion group that it was before about late 2015 and is more like a bunch of hounds baying at a fox sometimes.
