Liz Taylor, and sounds like she's going for #9. As stated on NBC news. He's 49 and news says they have been together for some time.

Maybe it's not too late for ME!

Again, my front yard is a different story, but I'll take care of it next year ;) Deep and infrequent watering sounds great and it's something I can definitely manage. I've seen tons of turbo oscillators in my local store as well as online so I'll get one of those. Alfalfa pellets are available online but they sell them in small packages. It would be much easier for me to just get a lawn fertilizer instead of animal food. We have tons of choices here and they're all available online, plus overnight shipping is the standard method of shipping here (perks of living in a smaller country ;) so it's really convenient. Temperatures have now dropped to 65-70 degrees Fahrenheit, there may be 75 degrees on hotter days. Do you think it's a good time to overseed now or should I wait until temperatures drop even more? Now, as for the grass seed choice, I'm still not sure which mix I should go with... I don't have full sun all day. The main area of my lawn is in sun a lot (I'd say around 5 hours or more) and it's dry and spotty now. But there are also areas which are in shade most of the day, and they're greener and thicker than the rest of the lawn. By the way, if you check out my photos, there is one picture in which you can see the shaded areas and the areas that are in sun a lot. Here are the mixes I considered - I'm posting them in English instead of Latin. They're offered by Barenbrug - it's a well-renowned European company, something like Scotts in the US. I'd love a thick, dark-green lawn. I've seen a lot of those in Pennsylvania but I'm not sure if it's possible to get that color in my climate. Most lawns around here are pale-green and "wimpy", just like mine. Christine, Yes it's true that most Hosta move easily. Not Liberty and not Sagae. They like to stay put. The general rule is that you should plant the ones that will be Giant at maturity in the place you want them to stay before they get too big. Moving a mature Giant is a task that might take several strong people to accomplish, and still is not easily done. Otherwise people differ in their approach. Some plant using mature size as a guideline and use companion plants or annuals as "filler." Other people plant the small, medium and even large Hosta closer together and redesign the bed later on. Personally, I tend towards the former approach, but there have been times when I've placed plants in a spot where I know they will have to be moved in a year or two. Steve

I think the reason people talk on forums like this about celebrities is because many of us have seen the t.v. show, movies or attended a concert etc. of that celebrity, so we have had the chance to form an opinion about them, right or wrong. If I were to tell you all that my manager's cousin who has 3 young children just found out her husband was cheating, some people would post to express good wishes for her in the struggles she will face. Additionally, all the people directly related to my manager's cousin (family and friends) are no doubt discussing their opinions, but that may only be a few hundred people in total. However, when similar news about a celebrity occurs, you must multiply the discussion by millions, since more attention is obviously generated by someone whose face is familiar to millions of people. They are not any more WORTHY of attention, simply more likely to get it, because of their occupation. So if discussion is considered 'gossip' then we are all guilty of it, whether or not it is one of us discussing the breakup of a friend's marriage with one other person, or millions of us discussing the breakup of a celebrity's marriage. It's just a difference in numbers, not importance.

Well, BM's mom picked up SD on Friday from school. This morning (Sunday), BM called DH & told him SD has been throwing up since 3am & has the stomach flu. I guess that put BM's plans out & she was going to be home for DH to pick her up. I made a suggestion that DH let SD stay at BM's until she is no longer sick, since BM is not working & SD can't go to school... he didn't want to ask her so he was still going to bring her home. The last time SD came home with stomach flu, everyone in our house had it for a week & this time, I told him that I was not available to stay home & take care of SD as I have to be out of town on Tuesday, so if she needed to be taken care of, he would have to stay home & take care of her... also, that if she gets DGS2 sick, he won't be allowed at daycare & I will have to stay home with him, which messes up my plans. As far as I'm concerned, BM knew of the risk because her other DD15 and her DS1 was sick with it last weekend apparently. She is the mom, she should nurse her DD back to health, right? If SD can't go to school, there's no reason BM can't take care of her until she's well enough to go back to school. After all, she could have warned DH that they've been sick since she knew everyone in her house has had it the last week or so. Anyway, DH arranged for SD to stay with her, at least until tomorrow/Monday. Besides the physical discomfort of being sick, it affects us being able to work (=our income) & being a sole proprietor w/no employees at the time, it would force me to close business or my dad (he has a separate business in the same location) would have to run both of them, by himself because right now it's just the two of us. He doesn't need the added burden of me getting sick and/or possibly getting him sick too. As it is, I'm already taking time off because the daycare is closed on weekends & the other grandparents have not picked up DGS for two months... and it's no longer feasible to bring him to work with me, he gets into everything as 2 year old's do. So, I'm aggravated now with the prospect of dealing with a sick child and/or having the illness brought to us & having it affect our already stressed finances. I'd just like to figure out how to stop being aggravated with everything... and feeling like everything is BM's fault in one way or another. I know that's unreasonable or irrational thinking. But, it's just one thing after another.

When I read it earlier this afternoon I said "Oh for crying out loud!" Her and ZaZa Gabor! ZaZa's present husband is 64 or 65 and she is 93. They have been married since 1986.

How sad they need someone in their lives to feel complete. Liz is Gorgeous. She surely doesn't need a Man to feel complete.

Zsa Zsa and her husband have been married since 1986? That's 24 years! Sure doesn't sound like a bad match to me. Good for them; something they've done has worked. I could be cynical and say that he probably hoped that she'd die much sooner so he could have her money, but I don't think that's necessarily true. Perhaps he just loves her?

Regarding Liz, if he makes her happy I'm happy for her.

Rich old men marry young women all the time. People think they're fools because the women want their money and don't really love them. Well, I think that Liz is intelligent enough to know that if it's true and come to the decision (again, if it's true) that he makes her happy and that's what she wants at this time in her life.

Why is it so wierd for this kind of relationship to occur? It would be a lot different discussion if she were the man and he was the woman!LOL I say more power to her (and him) if that's what they both want!

I'm not against different decade relationships, but these two don't even look good together. I sure hope she gets a pre-nup, because this one looks like a "diggin for gold" situation to me, and most of "them" will wait as long as it takes (with a little fun on the side, of course).

Elizabeth Taylor denies she's getting married again
Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- Elizabeth Taylor posted a message on Twitter Monday denying rumors she is engaged to her manager.

A magazine report Friday said the legendary actress was engaged to Jason Winters, the 49-year-old man who has served as her manager for several years.

"The rumors regarding my engagement simply aren't true," Taylor tweeted. "Jason is my manager and dearest friend. I love him with all my heart."

Taylor, 78, has been married eight times, including two marriages to actor Richard Burton.

Her publicist, when asked about the engagement rumor, said Friday it was no secret that Taylor and Winters were close friends.

A representative confirmed that the tweets were from Taylor, who often uses Twitter to communicate with her fans.

The Oscar-winning actress has been busy preparing for the launch of her newest fragrance -- Violet Eyes -- on Mother's Day.

She created it with the same chemist who formulated her last fragrance White Diamonds, which has been a best-seller since it was first released two decades ago.
