Jordan Menzel and daughter Penelope touched our hearts last summer when Houzz Contributor Lucy Call profiled Menzel’s inspiring restoration of a 1976 Airstream trailer, a project that got him through some tough life changes. Now see him and his daughter give a tour of the home.

Here, Menzel and Penelope lounge on the movable sofa bed at the end of the 29-foot Ambassador trailer that Menzel bought off Craigslist “for a steal,” he says.
He parks the trailer on a 40-foot lot at the back of a friend’s house in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City.
Menzel used hundreds of deconstructed wooden pallets to build the cabinet surrounding the fridge and other pieces in the trailer.
