Hello - We live in a 25 yr old home with a floor-to-ceiling screened porch off the E side of our home. There is only dappled light throughout the day and I have noticed a little mold (I think that is what it is) on cushions and on kids toys. I was wondering if there was special lighting I could use to prevent this. Or does running the ceiling fan help? Any creative ideas?

Part two - I am ripping up the carpet that was glued to the floor which I think is regular treated wood. The carpet was glued down with gallons and gallons of glue that filled all the cracks between the wood - almost like it waterproofed it. - anyway I a scraping the glue but it looks like it will never all come up - I was thinking about priming and painting it right over the glue - what do you think? Thanks!
