He's been in the bottom 3 for weeks... I doubt he is going to last very much longer. In fact he will probably be gone tomorrow night unless he does something amazing tonight.

He was really good last night, I was surprised. I would guess that it is either him or Andrew Garcia that goes home. I really detest VFTW because they cause good contestants to go home. I think idol should charge per vote, that would put an end to the multiple votes. Of course they use those numbers to justify the cost of an advertising spot so they won't do it.

I actually thought Tim was good last night! I really enjoyed his performance. But....Lee and Casey were both fantastic.

I loved Mike, Katie and Shoban. Tim was good too. Did not like Lee, Casey or Andrew. Not crazy about Crystal but she ok I guess.

Patti, Rhianna was the guest singer who sang the stupid "Rock Star" song. LOL

To be honest, I wouldn't consider what Rhianna did as singing. I didn't really "hear" a note at all. Sounded like just talking to me. And I wasn't impressed with the fellow that Kara signed either.

You are right there Donna, I wasn't impressed with him either. DH and I have come to the conclusion that the really good singers just sing and don't have all of the flashy dancing, costumes and light shows on because they simply don't need it. Bad singers need this distraction.

I don't consider Rhianna a great singer. All her songs have that echo effect which I think makes her sound better than she is.

As for Mike who could have been voted off, though he's a good singer, I think they should have let him go. He doesn't bring anything different to the stage like Crystal, Casey, and that funky girl do. Everything he sings sounds the same and to me, a REAL singer, can change things up a bit. They should have saved the vote for another person, and I think they will wish they had later.

And to think, Big Mike was the one who was disqualified after his father let it slip that he'd made it to the final 20 during Hollywood week. That guy has all the luck.

Unfortunately, that means two have to go next week.

I loved the group Lennon/McCartney song they opened the show with. Especially liked Crystal and Casey's parts. Casey looked so comfortable on stage.

I was sorry that the judges "saved" Big Mike. Although he has a good voice, I just can see him as being the next American Idol. Nice guy, nice voice, nice story but just no pazazz to go with the rest. I think there are better performers that may be more deserving of that "save" before we get down to the final 5.

I agree Big Mike is kinda Boring. Andrew has a unique voice, but it all sounds the same.

I've thought from the begining that Big Mike is the judges pick for the title. I like the guy with the long blond curly hair I think he has the stage presence and talent to go far.

I kinda like Tim. He's apple pie cute and all American looking. I wish they had let Big Mike go.
