Thanks for the ID's PG and CactusM!! I had the Echeveria in full sun up until the last month or so...our temps have been in the 90's and above, so I've moved it in bright indirect south wall for now to give it a little shelter from the brutal sun. That last picture had a bloom spike(the flowers have sinced died off) I think it was white? You can see that long thin spike on the plant. I wonder if I should cut it off now that the flowers have died?

Patti-I know how you are feeling.My grandaughter turned 18 yesterday.She was a good student,liked school,was a good basketball player and loved playing and was in the band.Then out of the blue last winter she quit school.Her mom and dad(my son)are divorced and mom,her older brother and DGD had been living with us.Dad was married again to a woman who has a DD a couple of years younger than DGD and had made it clear from the beginning that her DD was the queen of the house and DGD was just the peon so DGD wasn't living there.When we came up here to help youngest DS with the babies,Mom was in a relationship and they all moved out.That is when she decided she didn't want to go to school.She didn't like the guy mom was with either(he WAS a jerk)so that made it harder for her.Anyway,I feel like I let her down by not being there for her.If she had been able to come back and live with us I think we could have kept her in school and things would be different.But,the situation here can't be changed either so I am torn between the little babies that need us here and and the BIG ones at home.LOL Just be in your DG's life as much as possible and do the best you can.That's all anyone can do. Congratulations to your DGD.She will have a lot of wonderful memories from her Graduation Day!

What a doll! I don't have any softball players at my house - she looks great!~ Do you get to a lot of her games? Does she play volleyball too? I bet she would be fantastic. My DD is just 14 and cruising past 5'9"! Girls are getting taller!
