proprane vs. natural gas???? help!!!!!

I have to make a quick decision on which type of heater we want. It will cost $2,700 to run a natural gas line, but if we get a propane tank, we have to get a 500 gallon one because it has to be buried. The cost to get started with the propane tank, excavation, fuel, etc. will exceed that of the natural gas line hook up.

What I don't know is what will be most cost efficient over time? We were leaning towards the propane, but I am thinking maybe that isn't a wise choice.

We are in Pa and have a spa that is separate from the pool. I have to cancel the service call for one of them TODAY, and don't know what to do.

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!
